A PRACTICAL GUIDE

As funeral directors, we are deeply conscious of the responsibility, trust and confidence,
which our families bestow upon us. Our fully trained staff are committed to provide the
highest possible standards of service.

What to do when a death occurs (Phone us to assist you)
If a person dies at home, your family doctor will issue a medical certificate stating the cause of death. If a person dies at the hospital, the attending doctor will issue the medical certificate.

An unnatural death must be reported to the police. The deceased will be taken to the state mortuary where the cause of death is determined. Once the medical certificate has been issued, and the family has identified the deceased, the deceased can be released to us.

Our staff are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We will contact you to arrange for a convenient time and place to make funeral arrangements.
