Questions which may concern you Q Why should I choose a funeral plan with us? A Because we are family owned, and provide the highest standards of personal service. Q Are you regulated? A We are Registered Providers of funeral insurance with various insurance companies whom are all registered at the Financial Services Board and we abide by their code of practice. We are also registered with the National Funeral Directors Association of South Africa. Q What other funeral expenses can occur? A There are fees paid by us to other people, including Doctors, Ministers, Florists, Churches, Crematorium and Municipal Authorities. Q What happens to the money I pay for my funeral plan? A All monies, are paid over to our underwriting insurance company. |
